Growing up, Mimi loved watching her fashion forward mom get dressed. It was an opening to a world she herself would come to love. Motivated to achieve enviable hair for herself, Mimi enrolled into beauty school. She soon discovered the joy of feeling beautiful and confident and wanted to spread that feeling to others. Working side by side with top AKS stylists has readied Mimi for her role as a blow dry specialist.
As a perfectionist, Mimi enjoys focusing on the details. Whether it’s a textured look or sleek and straight, every strand of hair is taken into consideration.
Mimi’s philosophy is that great hair begins with healthy hair. All components of a clients hair type and texture are taken into consideration in order to ensure a fabulous look that has sustainability. Mimi’s speciality lies in African-American hair.
